Is there a better visual analogy of our bloated Obama-run federal government than the one offered in Dublin, Ireland? As President Obama’s limousine, nicknamed “The Beast”, was driven up a ramp it “bottomed out” and got stuck. “The Beast” was just too heavy and long to negotiate the Irish ramp. After some time had passed, Obama and his wife vacated the ensnared gas guzzler and transferred to another vehicle. Yet another unplanned and magnificent analogy provided by our leader. He tinkers and fiddles with our country; like a 6 year old would tinker with his bike, and when it stops working he just abandons it for one he hasn’t broke yet.
While fuel costs soar, thanks in part to the energy policies of Obama, he maintains his comfort and safety in a rather large, fuel inefficient limousine as he and Michelle gallivant all over Europe. What an appropriate place for our socialist President’s ride to stop moving forward; Ireland, a nation on the verge of economic collapse due to socialist government policies. Bloated government at its worst in the land of green beer meets an ego driven socialist fixated on green technology. The analogies abound! Americans are lectured by our President and those “Mother Earthers” that all must embrace the “green lifestyle,” or face certain doom. However, hypocrisy has a funny way of revealing itself for our young inexperienced community organizer. Leading by example doesn’t seem to be a quality President Obama retains. I say, “Trade in ‘The Beast’ for a more fuel efficient ‘green’ car.” Isn’t the planet’s health more important than President Obama’s safety? Priorities – Priorities.
The seemingly supernatural destructive touch of President Obama is evident. Nothing seems to be within his field of expertise, as he is a “jack of all trades and master of one.” Let’s quickly review some key disciplines you would expect a president to know something about: Energy (Gas is over $4.00 a gallon and rising, and Obama won’t allow new drilling), Foreign Policy (He is alienating long-time allies like Israel and England while he tries to befriend nations with Nazi-like regimes), Social Issues (He supports the “right” to kill children, Gay marriage, and doesn’t mind illegal immigration), Fiscal Policy (Spend, Spend, Spend, and Spend some more; we have officially run out of other peoples’ money), Economics (Unemployment is still at record highs and the 500,000 new government jobs hasn’t helped), Environment (“Under my plan, energy costs will necessarily skyrocket”), Basketball (He picked UCONN to beat Butler in the NCAA Tournament).
Characterizing the Obama Presidency as a train wreck is an insult to government funded Amtrak; and he wants four more years to “finish the job.” The most frightening aspect of “four more years” is there are probably 50 million people in our country that would vote for him again. Forget jobs, Life, and border security, I just hope he gets next years’ NCAA Tourney picks right!
