Dr. Kermit Gosnell, the abortion doctor from Philadelphia, was convicted on Monday for “killing” three babies. Associated Press reported that during the closing arguments Prosecutor Ed Cameron snarled at Gosnell, “Are you human?” What a great rhetorical question, unfortunately the question is not properly targeted. Of course Gosnell is human; albeit a despicable one. However, Gosnell should have pondered the humanity question in regards to Baby A, Baby C, and Baby D before he killed them. Were these babies human…“A human being, a PERSON as distinguished from an animal”?
Dr. Gosnell is the product of a Godless Liberal agenda that’s been cloaked with the veil of women’s rights. No one should be surprised by Gosnell’s actions or his warped ability to rationalize what many abortion doctors have done for decades. Besides, Gosnell has been legitimized by politicians like President Obama and our ignorant courts.
The A.P. reported: “Former clinic employees testified that Gosnell routinely performed ‘illegal late-term’ abortions past Pennsylvania’s 24-week limit, that he delivered babies who were still moving, whimpering or breathing, and that he and his assistants ‘snipped’ the newborns’ spines, as he referred to it.”
Dr. Gosnell would have been heralded as a champion of women’s rights by the Left if he had only “snipped” the spines of 24-week old “fetuses”; but he crossed the line of decency and morality when he dared to kill a 25-week old baby-human-person or whatever a baby miraculously becomes after the 24th week. Like many other conservatives, I also wonder why Pennsylvania went to all the expense and trouble to prosecute Dr. Kermit Gosnell. If abortion is a right and moral then why is Gosnell facing the death penalty for “killing” three “babies”? Is it because he “snipped” one week too late!? Did Gosnell kill three people or just three globs of cells? Come on liberals! Stand up and be counted!! Now is not the time to get squeamish, now is the time to double down on your cause. This is a fight worth having. Abortion: A human right to murder humans!
